Welcome to Youiee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Youiee mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Youiee Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Youiee is a private AI self-discovery companion and journaling app. It is designed as a tool for personal reflection, thought organization, and emotional exploration. The Service uses AI to provide insights and guidance based on your entries, but it is not a human therapist and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

2. Your Privacy and Data

Your privacy is the cornerstone of our service. We are committed to the principle of being "private by design."

• Your Journal Entries: Your personal entries, thoughts, and reflections ("User Content") are private. Our systems are built to ensure we do not view, share, or sell your personal journal entries to any third party. Ever.
• Data We Collect: To improve and maintain the Service, we may collect anonymized, aggregated, and non-personally identifiable data about app usage. This may include information like feature engagement, session duration, and crash reports. This data is never linked to your personal identity or the content of your entries.

3. Important Disclaimer: Not a Medical Service

Youiee is a self-help tool for personal well-being and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Not a Therapist Replacement: The Service is not intended to be a replacement for a relationship with a qualified psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or other healthcare professional. Do not disregard or delay in obtaining professional medical advice because of information you have received through the Service.
• No Medical Responsibility: We are not a licensed medical or health care provider and do not hold responsibility for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Service. Your use of Youiee is solely at your own risk.
• In Case of Crisis: If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, or are having suicidal thoughts, please call emergency services or contact a crisis hotline immediately. The Service is not equipped to handle such emergencies.

4. User Responsibilities

To use Youiee, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account, if applicable.
• Use the Service for its intended purpose of self-discovery and journaling.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful or illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Youiee Inc. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the application from your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL YOUIEE INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, COVER OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, USE OR CONTENT) HOWEVER CAUSED, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been implemented constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
